What to expect from devotion?

Devotion is a 40 day kundalini meditation journey within an online group space.  Inviting you to participate in a collaborative experience, co-create a sacred space of exploration and growth.

The journey begins with an online opening circle, meeting the rest of the community and setting our intentions. I will share with you the guided meditation routine, explaining the benefits of the practice and providing a detailed explanation of the ancient practice, poses and their benefits.

For our first day we will practice together and I will be on hand for guidance. Then I will send each individual a guided video of the meditation to practice along to in your own time each day for 40 days.

We will gather online once a week throughout the next 40-days.  This online space offers opportunities for reflection, sharing, and communal support as we navigate the themes and experiences that arise in our daily self-led practice

We will stay connected and supported between sessions through our dedicated WhatsApp group, where you can be supported, share insights and connect with fellow participants.

On the 40th day, we come together one final time for our closing call to reflect on our experiences, share insights, and honour the growth and transformation that has unfolded within our sacred container of devotion.
